Our Story
A project to give a new look to your environment
LPM Multiservices, Inc. is a general contracting company based in Los Angeles, CA.
Our founder, Cesar Lima, began this adventure in 2010 as a painter, gaining experience and growing in the field.
As time passed, contractors trusted him to form and direct work groups, allowing him to acquire more experience in the field, not only as a painter but also as a leader of different work groups at the same time.
After over a decade of experience, which includes all facets of painting, Cesar decided to form his own construction company and, in 2022, after receiving his General Contractor’s License, formed LPM Multi-Services, Inc.
Our goal is to provide expert, timely services, which include all facets of residential, multifamily, and commercial painting, remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and major plumbing and electrical work, to create a fresh and improved look to the clients’ property and make them proud of the final work product.
We execute all interior and exterior work, including permits and plans, taking meticulous care of every detail to deliver outstanding quality. We offer the best quality, not just in residential homes, but commercial jobs as well. Neighbors will be proud to live in a neighborhood with a newly remodeled and/or painted home. Clients and workers will be proud to meet/work in a newly renovated commercial property.
